These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of promptoclean.com (the "Site") and the cleaning services provided by Prompto Clean ("Prompto Clean," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.
1. Our Services
Prompto Clean provides residential, short-term rental/Airbnb turnover, and commercial cleaning services throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Specific services, availability, and pricing are described on our Services and Pricing pages and are subject to change at our discretion.
2. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations
We do not require long-term contracts. You may book a one-time or recurring cleaning and reschedule or cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us. We ask that cancellations or reschedules be made as far in advance as possible; cancellations made with insufficient notice before a scheduled visit may be subject to a cancellation or trip fee, which will be disclosed to you at booking.
3. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is based on the information you provide about your home or property (such as size, room count, and condition) and is confirmed prior to your first appointment. First-time residential clients are required to book a deep clean. We keep a valid credit or debit card on file and will automatically charge it upon completion of each service; you will receive an emailed receipt. If your home requires substantially more time or a different scope of work than described at booking, we will contact you before performing any additional work at additional cost.
4. Access to Your Home or Property
You are responsible for providing our team with a safe and reasonable means of entry (such as a lockbox code, entry code, or key) and for disclosing any hazards, pets, alarm systems, or fragile/high-value items that require special care prior to the appointment. Prompto Clean is not responsible for delays or missed appointments caused by an inability to access the property.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will return to re-clean the area(s) in question at no additional charge. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
6. Insurance, Bonding & Background Checks
Prompto Clean is licensed, bonded, and carries liability insurance. All team members undergo a background check prior to their first day of work. Any claim for property damage or loss allegedly caused during a cleaning must be reported to us within 48 hours of the appointment so that we may investigate.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prompto Clean's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our Services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for damage to items that were not disclosed to us as fragile, high-value, or requiring special handling.
8. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Prompto Clean or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
